Family Care Partners to acquire Wagener Medical Center

Fort Mill, S.C.-based Family Care Partners acquired Wagener (S.C.) Medical Center.

 

Family Care Partners is a privately held company that aims to become the largest independent primary and preventative care company in the southeastern U.S.

 

The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
