Doylestown Health closes $80.6M asset sale

Financially challenged Doylestown (Pa.) Health has finalized the sale of its Pine Run retirement community, selling it to Presbyterian Senior Living for $80.6 million.

The sale, completed Aug. 24, involves both the retirement facility and a related personal care site.

Dillsburg, Pa.-based Presbyterian Senior Living is a nonprofit that specializes in senior living facilities, serving more than 6,000 older adults across four states.
