- 225-bed Tennova Healthcare-Dyersburg Regional
- 152-bed Tennova Healthcare-Regional Jackson
- 100-bed Tennova Healthcare-Volunteer Martin
CHS officials expect to close the transaction during the second quarter of 2018, subject to customary regulatory approval and closing conditions.
