FTC Clears Ardent Health’s Purchase of Two CHS Hospitals

The Federal Trade Commission has approved Nashville, Tenn.-based Ardent Health Services’ purchase of SouthCrest Hospital in Tulsa, Okla., and Claremore (Okla.) Regional Hospital from Franklin, Tenn.-based Community Health Systems, according to an FTC release.

SouthCrest and Claremore will become a part of Tulsa, Okla.-based Hillcrest HealthCare system, a subsidiary of Ardent Health, according to a Hillcrest news release.

The release said financial terms of the agreement have still not been disclosed.
