“When TMFHC joins with CHRISTUS Health system, it will create a combined platform that we believe will provide significant growth opportunities and healthcare options,” said Ernie Sadau, CEO for CHRISTUS Health. “We believe that growing our network of facilities in East Texas will give the CHRISTUS-Trinity Mother Frances system more opportunities to expand access to care in the region, as well as continue to improve the quality of care we provide.”
The organizations will now enter a period of due diligence. Once that process is complete and the deal receives regulatory approval, TMFHC will join CHRISTUS Health.
