Covert, president and CEO of CHI St. Luke’s.
Mr. Covert said Al Guevara Jr., will continue to lead Brazosport Regional after it joins CHI St. Luke’s.

The two health systems signed the affiiation agreement Jan. 25 with an effective date of Feb. 1.
