Through the independent affiliation agreement, the organizations will provide resources that support development of shared programs and the expansion of clinical services. In addition, LCH and Centura will share best practices to help provide integrated, high-value care.
“Together, we are leveraging our shared strengths to improve healthcare value while keeping healthcare local,” said Russ Johnson, senior vice president of network development and outreach at Centura.
LCH will be Centura’s second affiliate in Kansas, joining Goodland (Kan.) Regional Medical Center.
“We are very excited to affiliate with Centura, for the opportunities that will be afforded to our patients, organization and community,” said Darcy Howard, interim CEO and CFO at LCH.
