Justice Spina is scheduled to begin the review of the $895 million deal today, though it remains unclear when a decision will be announced, according to the report.
The deal has already been approved by the state attorney general, but must gain Supreme Court approval because it involves the transfer of assets from a non-profit entity to a for-profit one.
