Landmark is scheduled to ask the Rhode Island Superior Court to allow it to enter into a management agreement with Caritas. If the agreement is approved, Caritas would have 180 days to acquire the Woonsocket facility, according to the report.
A spokesman from Landmark said the deal is expected to close regardless of whether the Cerberus acquisition of Caritas is realized, according to the report.
