Capital Health, LabCorp form laboratory partnership

Trenton, N.J.-based Capital Health and Burlington N.C.-based LabCorp revealed plans to collaborate to provide Capital Health physicians and patients streamlined access to a number of laboratory testing solutions.

Under the agreement, LabCorp will become the preferred laboratory testing provider for Capital Health’s two hospitals, cancer center and outpatient clinics.

The financial conditions of the transaction were not disclosed.
