As part of the agreement, Dignity Health Medical Foundation will acquire the physician group’s health maintenance organization administrative functions. The medical group will also rebrand as Dignity Health Integrated Network.
The financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
PMGSC is a network of 250 physicians operating independent practices across 100 locations in Santa CruzCounty, according to the report.
