Buffalo Heart Group merges with Catholic Health

Buffalo (N.Y.) Heart Group has joined Trinity Medical WNY, the physician practice network affiliated with Catholic Health, also located in Buffalo, according to Buffalo Business First.

As part of the agreement, the group will be renamed Trinity Medical Cardiology. The acquisition brings 12 physicians and four office locations to the Trinity Medical network.

Former COO of the Buffalo Heart Group Bradley Hall will manage the facility as vice president of cardiac practice.

Catholic Health indirectly owns the Trinity Medical network through a separate affiliated practice.
