AMN Healthcare to acquire Peak Health Solutions

San Diego-based AMN Healthcare will acquire medical coding and consulting company Peak Health Solutions, based in Franklin, Tenn.

AMN President and CEO Susan Salka said the addition will provide AMN coding diagnosis and workforce solutions expansion.

Peak Health Solutions has annualized revenue of about $33 million and the acquirement is accretive to AMN’s earnings per share immediately. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
