Garden Grove, Calif.-based Jabbel Holdings purchased Gilbert, Ariz.-based Harbor Shores Medical Center for $4 million.
The building currently houses a pediatric practice and a dermatology practice. Jabbel Holdings will continue to lease the property to the two tenants.
The property is located near Mesa, Ariz.-based Banner Baywood Medical Center, Mercy Gilbert (Ariz.) Medical Center and Mesa, Ariz.-based Banner Desert Medical Center.
