Akron Children’s Breaks Ground on $180M Expansion

Akron (Ohio) Children’s Hospital has broken ground on a $180 million, seven-story expansion, according to a Beacon Journal report.

The new addition will house a new emergency department, an outpatient surgical center and a neonatal intensive care unit, according to the report.
