Adventist Health hospital, UC Davis Medical center partner on pediatric care

Adventist Health Lodi (Calif.) Memorial and Sacramento, Calif.-based UC Davis Health signed a partnership to expand pediatric and neonatal care services at the 190-bed hospital, Adventist Health Lodi announced May 3.

Under the partnership, Adventist Health Lodi will add a level 2 neonatal intensive care unit facility to treat premature infants needing extra support from UC Davis Health specialists. Adventist Health Lodi will also feature an expanded array of pediatric inpatient and outpatient services for its labor and delivery, emergency room and general inpatient services.

UC Davis Health pediatric hospitalists will also be on-site at Adventist Health Lodi beginning July 1.
