Adventist closes deal with Lodi Health

Lodi (Calif.) Health officially became part of Roseville, Calif.-based Adventist Health on Wednesday, closing a deal that involved nearly two years of negotiations.

With the transaction completed, Adventist and Lodi Health, which includes 191-bed Lodi Memorial Hospital, 15 clinics, several outpatient centers, an adult day center and a child care center, are committed to preserving the services Lodi Health provides.

“As part of Adventist Health, we look forward to using new tools and resources to continue providing strong, high quality healthcare to our community,” said Lodi Health President and CEO Joe Harrington.
