Agnesian HealthCare, based in Fond du Lac, Wis., and Ripon (Wis.) Medical Center have signed a letter of intent to consider a strategic affiliation, according to an article from the Fond du Lac Reporter.
Both organizations are discussing their options, which include anything from a merger to Ripon facilities offering Agnesian services, according to the report.
The organizations announced their discussion of affiliation in mid-December.
