Florida’s All Children’s Hospital Approves Integration With Johns Hopkins

Over the weekend, the board of All Children’s Health System in St. Petersburg, Fla., approved an integration agreement with Johns Hopkins Medicine, according to a All Children’s new release.

The health system and its flagship All Children’s Hospital will join Johns Hopkins as part of a non-cash transaction. The deal is expected to take approximately 60 days to close.

As part of the deal, All Children’s Hospital will retain its name and its leadership is expected to remain in place.
