The alliance will provide patients in Queens, Nassau County and Suffolk County, N.Y., with access to a comprehensive network of more than 2,000 physicians. The goal of the partnership is to streamline patient access and referral to a variety of special care fields, including bariatric surgery, cardiology and family medicine.
The financial terms of the partnership were not disclosed.
