Firm Offers to Assemble Private Investors to Acquire Miami’s Jackson Health System

Global Health Management, a consulting firm based in Louisiana, has offered to assemble a group of private investors to acquire Miami-Dade County’s Jackson Health System, according to a Miami Herald report. The company proposed a private-public partnership.

Kirk Soileau, CEO of the company, said he previously reached out to the health system’s commissioners in September, but never heard back.

Jackson Health is expected to lose $80 million this year.
