1. Barbara Boyne serves as executive director.

3. The hospital has 465 beds.

4. The hospital has 3,636 total employees.  

5. In 2011, the hospital performed 8,100 inpatient surgeries, 12,200 outpatient surgeries and 3,700 births, and had 91,100 outpatient visits, 26,100 non-admitted emergency department visits and 18,900 admitted emergency department visits.  

6. In 2011, the hospital recorded $1.47 billion in gross charges and $46.1 million in net income, according to the American Hospital Directory.

7. The hospital received a Patient Safety Excellence Award from Healthgrades in 2013.  

8. Bethesda North Hospital opened in 1970 as a satellite facility to Bethesda Oak, founded in 1896 (no longer in existence). Bethesda North joined TriHealth in 1995.    

9. Bethesda North Hospital has the first and only accredited breast center in greater Cincinnati.
