The formal collaboration will give Sparrow physicians direct access to Rochester, Minn.-based Mayo Clinic expertise and clinical care resources to help care for their patients.
The Mayo Clinic Care Network represents non-ownership relationships. According to the report, members are like-minded organizations that share a goal of improving the delivery of healthcare in their communities through high-quality, collaborative medical care. The network was launched in 2011 and includes members in Arizona, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri and North Dakota.
