Presbyterian is one of four organizations joining the existing PCLCs. It is the only center in the southwest.

The CAPC’s PCLC initiative seeks to increase the number of quality palliative care programs across the United States and foster growth through leadership development. PCLCs provide operational training for palliative care programs at every stage of development. Over 1,100 hospital and hospice teams have utilized PCLCs since the initiative’s inception in 2003.
