Missouri Valley Physicians will be renamed Missouri Valley Physicians of JCMG and the logo will change, but all patient care will remain the same. The seven physicians of Missouri Valley Physicians will be shareholders of JCMG, according to the report.
JCMG has a network of more than 90 providers.
