The system is working to expand outpatient services in more convenient locations in a shift to more integrated, coordinated care. The free-standing surgery center will become an outpatient department of Toledo-based Mercy St. Anne Hospital.
The Surgery Center at Regency Park employs approximately 40 staff members and offers urology, ophthalmology, podiatry, gynecology, ear, nose and throat and plastic surgery services, according to a statement.
