The physician group spans three counties southwest of Houston and has a staff of 31 full-time physicians, 11 contract physicians and 13 physician assistants and nurse practitioners.
The acquisition will provide the physician group resources needed to expand primary care, women’s and pediatric services, as well as help it convert all medical records to electronic health records.
