Medical Anesthesia Consultants is a 20-physician practice providing anesthesia services across an array of areas including pediatrics, high-risk obstetrics, thoracic, cardiovascular, urology, neuro-anesthesia, orthopedics and post-operative acute pain management.
Anesthesia Associates of Naples employs eight full-time anesthesiologists and 17 nurse anesthetists. The group provides anesthesia services across the areas of gastroenterology, orthopedics, general surgery, urology and post-operative acute pain management.
Mednax acquired the two practices for cash and transactions will be immediately accretive to earnings. No additional terms of the deal were disclosed.
