Lovelace Health System Acquires Southwest Medical Associates

Lovelace Health System in Albuquerque, N.M., has acquired Southwest Medical Associates, a multispecialty medical group based in Albuquerque.

The transaction is effective immediately after more than a year of negotiation and discussion.

Southwest Medical will retain its leadership and name, and all 150 employees have been retained as well.
