Central Michigan University dean of academic affairs dies at 52

Clint Synder, PhD, dean of academic affairs at Mt. Pleasant-based Central Michigan University College of Medicine, died July 12, according to The Morning Sun.

He was 52 years old. The report did not note the cause of death.

Prior to joining CMU College of Medicine, Dr. Snyder served as senior associate dean, professor and chair of Memphis-based University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Medicine’s Department of Medical Education.
