Ascension to open St. Vincent Carmel Women's Center

St. Louis-based Ascension Health is officially opening the St. Vincent Carmel (Ind.) Women's Center on Saturday, March 14, according to the Current in Westfield.

The outpatient women's center will provide obstetrics and gynecology, maternal fetal medicine, breast care, physical therapy, pelvic health, bone health, preventive health and cardiology services in a clinically-integrated care delivery model supported by a highly integrated EHR, according to the report.

The center will also offer billing navigation, a full service pharmacy, wellness programs, fitness classes and a shop stocked with women's medical equipment like wigs and bras for breast cancer patients and bariatric supplies.
