Apollo Medical Holdings to expand hospitalist, post-acute services in San Francisco

Glendale, Calif.-based Apollo Medical Holdings announced Monday plans to expand hospitalist and post-acute care services to San Francisco.

The integrated healthcare delivery company currently operates an ACO in the San Francisco Bay Area, but ApolloMed expects a volume of roughly 42,000 more patient encounters each year with its expanded services, according to a statement.

ApolloMed includes six affiliated physician groups.
