ABQ Health Partners in New Mexico Merges With HealthCare Partners

Albuquerque, N.M.-based ABQ Health Partners has merged with Torrance, Calif.-based HealthCare Partners, the nation’s largest operator of physician groups and networks, according to a New Mexico Business Weekly report.

ABQ Health Partners President and CEO Harry Magnes said the deal is intended to help ABQ move toward value-based payments and a coordinated care model.
