ListenTrust is a bilingual sales and customer service company, and their personal development program is known as DreamTrust. As part of the program, employees are connected with upper management for one-on-one mentorship, provided with online trainings and sent to live events that help them identify goals and eventually reach them.
The program is comprised of six “dream pillars” that highlight the different areas of focus in which employees want to grow: wealth, health, happiness, relationship, career and time off.
