What’s top of mind for leaders in 2025: Poll

Patient experience outranked staff well-being and health equity as the top-of-mind concern for leaders going into the new year.

In a LinkedIn poll, Becker’s asked: What is top of mind for your hospital, health system or practice’s leadership team right now?

The poll received 568 votes and was conducted Dec. 19. Becker’s does not have insights on the respondents’ organizations or roles.

The results:

Patient experience: 50 percent

Staff well-being: 29 percent

Health equity: 13 percent

Other (comment below): 8 percent

In the comments, participants said that sustainable growth management was their top priority.
