Mr. Kindlick has served as a Virtua board member for nine years. He was the board’s treasurer for six years and also served as chairman of its finance and investment committee and compensation committee. Now retired, Mr. Kindlick most recently served as executive vice president and CFO of Folsom, N.J.-based South Jersey Industries, a publicly held energy services holding company. He was also senior vice president and CFO for Folsom-based South Jersey Gas, a gas utility.
