CVS’ MinuteClinic Enters Cincinnati Market

CVS Caremark’s MinuteClinic, the largest provider of retail-based health clinics, has entered Ohio’s Cincinnati and Dayton markets.

Three clinics — two in Cincinnati and one in Dayton — are expected to open within the next four months, with additional locations anticipated for 2013.

MinuteClinic launched its retail clinics in Ohio in 2006. The operator now has 33 walk-in clinics in Ohio’s Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus and Dayton markets and 600 across 25 states.
