Union employees and hospital leadership have been in contract negotiations since late last year. The employees are seeking greater say in hospital staffing decisions, according to the report. The National Labor Relations Board will hear workers’ complaints in the coming weeks.
X-ray technicians, certified nursing assistants and housekeeping employees were among those striking outside the hospital.
