U of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Health names 4 new board members

Bel Air, Md.-based University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Health has named four new members for its board of directors, The Daily Record reported Aug. 9. 

The following are the new members along with their positions on the board: 

Alicia Cunningham, the senior vice president of corporate finance and revenue advisory services for University of Maryland Medical System, will serve on the board's finance committee. 

V. Dixon King, MD, and UM UCH medical staff president, will serve on the board's quality of care committee. 

Sanjeev Kumar, MD, a board-certified anesthesiologist at UM UCH, will also serve on the board's quality of care committee as a medical staff representative. 

Lisa Rowen, RN, senior vice president and chief nursing executive for UMMS, will be part of the board's quality of care committee as well. She is also currently a quality committee board member for UMMS.
