President Trump said the health plans will come out over the next four weeks. His administration attempted unsuccessfully to push ACA repeal packages in 2017, and Trump called the ACA a “failed experiment” at the rally, according to Bloomberg.

President Trump has previously signed executive orders easing regulations on association health plans and extending short-term health plans. At the Elkhart rally, he did not specify what the new plans would be.
