Thomason Hospital in Texas Begins $154 Million Expansion

Thomason Hospital in El Paso, Texas, has broken ground on a $154 million expansion, according to the El Paso Times.

The expansion will include a new surgery center, imaging center and infusion center. It will also double the size of the hospital’s  emergency department and trauma center, and add a women’s and infants’ bed tower, according to the story.

The hospital is expected to break ground on a separate $120 million children’s hospital in February.
