SullivanCotter adds services for APCs

Minneapolis-based SullivanCotter expanded its advanced practice clinician consulting services.

In announcing the news, the independent consulting firm noted the overall growth of APCs.

"The role of APCs in transforming care delivery is critical as healthcare evolves and the focus on team-based care intensifies. Hospitals and health systems nationwide seek to drive better performance as the industry transitions from volume- to value-based care, and this expansion of our APC workforce consulting services enhances our ability to help clients meet the strategic goals of improving access, quality, service and affordability," Ted Chien, president and CEO of SullivanCotter, said in a news release.

Trish Anen and Kay Jensen, both principals at the firm, now lead SullivanCotter's APC workforce practice. Amy Noecker and Zachary Hartsell, also principals, have joined the firm and "bring specialized expertise in clinical operations and improving APC utilization to enhance both patient and provider satisfaction," the release states.
