Stephen Lockhart, MD, PhD. CMO of Sutter Health (Sacramento, Calif.). Dr. Lockhart was named CMO of Sutter Health in January 2015 after serving as CMO for the system’s East Bay Region. His prior positions include medical administrative director of surgical services and chief administrative officer and vice president of Sutter Health’s St. Luke’s Hospital in San Francisco, and medical director of surgical services for Sutter Health’s California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco.
