1. Mr. LeGrand is vice chairman and CFO of Plancorp, a financial services company.
2. He previously served as CFO of LMI Aerospace and as a partner at KPMG.
3. Mr. LeGrand has nonprofit board experience as well, serving on the boards of Saint Louis University and Brentwood, Mo.-based St. Joseph Institute for the Deaf, among others.
4. He succeeds David Cosby, who completed his term at the end of 2017.
