The speakers bureau launched Jan. 31 with an aim to connect conferences, media and collaborators to women for speaking and thought leadership opportunities. Additionally, the bureau aims to end male-only panels, or “manel.”
“Never again should we hear the phrase, ‘We couldn’t find a qualified woman,'” the WIM Speakers Bureau Team wrote in an email announcing the bureau.
