Below are the national awards SNCH garnered in 2016.
- SNCH earned a spot on HomeCare Elite’s list of the top 25 percent of home healthcare providers in the U.S. for the 11th consecutive year.
- SNCH’s Outpatient Dialysis Center in Oceanside was awarded a five-star quality rating from CMS’ Dialysis Facility Compare ratings service.
- The hospital was recognized for its commitment to providing the most appropriate stroke treatment. For the fourth year in a row, the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association Get With The Guidelines program awarded SNCH its Stroke Gold Plus Achievement Award with Target: Stroke Honor Roll Elite Plus.
