South Carolina’s Seacoast Medical Center Ready to Receive In-Patients on Monday

Seacoast Medical Center in Little River, S.C., will officially be open and accepting patients on Monday, according to a WMBF news report.

Until now, Seacoast Medical Center was receiving patients on an outpatient basis, but construction starting in Jan. 2009 aimed to expand the medical center to provide in-patient services and accommodate long-term cases, according to the news report. The expansion included adding 50 new patient beds.
