Oklahoma Attorney General Scott Pruitt announced last week that he plans to file a suit challenging the law’s constitutionality, according to a Legal Newsline report.

“There is great clarity for me on the necessary and urgent need to exercise my responsibility to defend Oklahoma’s Constitution against a federal government and president that have gone too far in their overreach of power and authority,” Attorney General Pruitt said in a statement.

New Georgia Attorney General Sam Olens stated he would sign off on a motion to join the reform challenge of several other states being led by Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum, according to a Bloomberg report.

Lastly, Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine said at his swearing in over the weekend he also plans to join the Florida challenge, according to a Plain Dealer report.
