As the only outpatient center specializing in tuberculosis in the county, VHC Lundy clinic aims to address the needs of refugee and immigrant populations through culturally competent care, according to the report.
Services offered at the airborne isolation facility include screening, preventative therapy, evaluation and treatment of tuberculosis as well as federally required screening for other communicable diseases and chronic health conditions.
Additionally, the Refugee Health Assessment Program provides primary care services, specialty care referrals, vaccinations, and mental health assessments and referrals.
