“We are going to be done legislating with respect to health care and Obamacare this year,” House Speaker Ryan said at a news conference on Capitol Hill Tuesday, though he added that it could take longer for the Trump administration to implement the replacement plan, according to the report.
“The question about how long it takes to effectuate the change, how long it takes to put these things in place, that’s a question that the HHS can answer,” said House Speaker Ryan. White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer reaffirmed the same idea later that day, according to the report.
